This beer is the third barrel project from the Barrell Fellowship II. The first two barrel beers were a hit and a miss.
As we start on our thrid time around, everyone is concerned about off-flavors and infections. Last time around we had an Old Ale that got sour, so nobody want that to happen again. We have all brewed our batches, but we are having a hard time getting organized and selecting tasting and filling dates.
For now the beer just sits in my basement aging - as any good RIS should. This will be good if it gets to the barrell or not!
